[TowerTalk] Alternatie method of setting guy tension

I have 3/8 and 1/4” guy ends on the ground end of the fiberglass guys.  Looking 
for ideas on how to check rough guy tension absent a Loos gauge.  Assume there 
has got to be an alternative method of some sort.  No one around here has a 
Loos gauge and I don’t think the normal one works for 3/8”.
