[TowerTalk] F-12 WARC band antenna

I am searching for a  copy of a manual  WARC antenna Tom   F-12 made in the 
past     If my memory serves me right ( always a challenge)  it was  6 element 
3 - 12 and 3- 17 meters  and  one that was like a C3 ??
