PB Blaster is good but nothing beats Aerokroil.

PB Blaster, best solution for freeing metal to metal items I've found. Tried many others before but none worked as well. Was put onto PB Blaster by the USCG maintenance team down the coast in Charleston OR.

To help break loose the setscrew, put in an allen wrench and smack with it a
hammer to break it loose. You likely can't do it well with an angled
wrench, so cut the end off so you can tap it hard. Hopefully that will
loosen the threads. PB blaster soaked a few days will help too as just a
few minutes may not be enough. If you have to try to drill It out, get a
left turning drill, it just may come out with the drill.
