[TowerTalk] thanks for info on cutting ss cable

thanks for all the info.  My bolt cutter is a
little old and worn so I think I'll probably
go with the angle grinder and cutoff wheel
approach.  At least I'm now comfortable that
I can do a reasonable neat job.
