At theoretical best, 6dB, unless there is significant mutual coupling,
and even then...
Power going to antennas divides by 4, -6dB to each antenna. Electric
fields from each antenna sum coherently, so +12dB, net is +6dB.
Unfortunately, you can't get superdirective arrays with a broadside
configuration.
What you could get is some nice grating lobes that happen to be in "just
the right place" for the propagation path, especially in comparison to
the lobes from the "wrong" height (where your most used angles are in a
null)
