[TowerTalk] What kind of tower is this?

Aluminum tower.
Best I can tell is that it's a slightly smaller size than Rohn 45. Photo
shows outside to outside leg dimensions.

Top section is 14 inch face.

Mostly I just want to get a tilt base for it and maybe a rotator shelf. Top
piece accepts a 2 inch mast.
