Ed, I have a Ham IV rotor that acts this way. I have not dropped it to
investigate
but I am guessing that the wedge solenoid works, but I am also guessing that
on mine the spring that pulls it back into the wedges is broken or off. I
can hear the solenoid
pull in. I assume the T2X works similarly
