[TowerTalk] Follow-up: Old Coax and cable questions

I've had a feedline with the jacket penetrated but the shield
underneath looked okay.  I cleaned the jacket and wrapped a couple
layers of Scotch 33 on it, then covered the tape with liquid plastic.
No problems since then, but this was LDF4-50 which has a solid copper
shield instead of braid.
