Looking at

appears that Justin put the Total QSO Points in that box on the webform
instead of his total mults (61).
Similar with N0GZ, see

...looks like QSO Points were put into the Mults boxes for bands and total
on the webform rather than mult counts (appears total should have been 60).
Folks make misteaks ;-) (some intentional, some unintentional)
