[VHFcontesting] RFSport Correction

When referencing the RFSport.com realtime logging and scoreboarding system, the 
Performance Index (PI) was erroneously reported as Power (dBm) + Gain (dBi).  
In fact, it is a 3-byte value that includes "operator count".  Therefore, a PI 
of 179 refers to a 1-operator station with a Power+Gain figure of 79.
