Check with your state DOT concerning left over scrap sources from bridge 
construction projects. Scrap yards are also a source if you miss out on 
directly getting in with the DOT.

Does anyone know of a local (or any) source for #9 (1 1/8") rebar? I'm
trying to complete a foundation for a TX-455 tower installation but cannot
find a vendor who will sell anything less than a truckload.
