Fun contest regardless of flat bands. Interesting how all seemed to share
one liaison frequency on 2meters without a bit of hassle here in the
Northeast, patient bunch of operators.
I had 21 q's and 14 grids on bottom 3 bands.
Best contacts were 1296 FM18 (306mi) , 2304 FN21 (157mi) and on903 I managed
to work 5 locals with all the cellsite RFI. I have (4) TX/RX cascaded
filters helping a bit but at the expense of 4-5db RX loss on 903. Mast
mounted preamps in the future for 1.2 and 2304..
