4 brand new Avantek ATF13135's these have long leads and were used in the 
original Al Ward WB5LUA 10gHz preamps. $5 each

5 brand new Avantek AT8140. This is a 1 watt 6GHz device in a 1/4" flange 
package $5 each

1 Hewlett Packard ATF21186 Surface mount plastic, short leads. $2
