Hello everyone. I am pleased to announce that registration is now open for
the Southeastern VHF Society Conference to be held at Morehead State
University in Morehead, Kentucky on April 23 - 24, 2010. You can download
the registration form at www.svhfs.org/2010registration.pdf. Further
information on the conference, venue, etc. can be found at
www.svhfs.org/conference.html.

I would also like to remind everyone to also get your hotel room reservation
in place as soon as possible. There are two other activities going on at
the university that weekend and we are expecting the supply of hotel rooms
to be tight. Information on hotel rooms can be found at
http://www.svhfs.org/lodging.html.

Finally, there are still some time slots available in the program. If you
would like to make a presentation at the conference please let the program
chair Robin, K4IDC know by March 5th. You can contact Robin at k4idc at
comcast dot net. Information on submitting a paper and/or presentation can
be found at http://www.svhfs.org/callforpapers2010.html. If you have
already notified Robin that you will be submitting a paper and/or
presentation for the conference Robin will need it in his hands by April
19th in order to have time to burn it onto the CD which will be provided to
the conference attendees. Sooner is even better.
