All you guys can write volumes, post incessantly and wax fond of the 'good
old days' and the 'magic of radio' all you want.

But, if you recall, this all started as a discussion on how to INCREASE VHF
CONTEST PARTICIPATION.  Regardless of what all the purists and hot shot
contesters think, I believe allowing expanded use of assistance will do
just that - bring more casual op's into the game.  It certainly increased
HF participation !
