Note to all:

The Fall 2015 "222 MHz (135 cm) SPRINT" will be held on Tuesday Evening, 29
September 2015 from 7:00PM - 11:00PM PDT
(Most local activity normally occurs between 7 - 9 PM)

Commonly used frequencies are 222.1 MHz SSB/CW and 223.5 MHz FM Simplex.

This is a great chance to 'get on the air' without using a repeater and to test
out new antennas and operating locations!

HINT: The Thousand Oaks, CA area Tuesday Evening Area 2 A.C.S. Net meets on the
K6HB/rpt. Afterwards, please shift over to 223.5 MHz FM to make contacts (QSOs)
without resorting to repeater use!

For further details, please refer to:
>>>>http://svhfs.org/2015FallSprintRulesRev1.pdf<<<<

When the SPRINT is completed, please post your results at:
>>>>http://www.3830scores.com/findcall.php<<<<

Note: In following weeks, SPRINTS will also be held on higher frequency bands.

Hope to see you'all 'on the air' from a mountain topping location in the Santa
Monica Mts..

bt73Pete, N6ZE in Grid DM04
