I would like to say thank you to all of you who worked with us to have
us work you this past week from EN86 and EN67. We could not go back to
the mountain of Friday due to a thunderstorm there. Some about a
thunderstorm, and a metal van with a 50' aluminum mast.
We are thinking of going back next next year, but we hope to operate
from a cottage in EN67. The one we looked at has a clear view from 90 to
270 degrees, over about 1 mile of water. With that setup, we could
operate anytime, as we had to take an hour or so to setup and tear down.
So here's hoping for next year.
If anyone really wants a paper QSL, sase to the qrz.com information. We
hope to load LOTW within a few weeks.
