I have a Beko HLV350 1296 power amp that used to belong to Stan, K3IPM. We were
going to integrate it into the K3IPM contest station but that never happened,
and the amp sat on the shelf for several years, then sadly Stan passed away..
This is a "stand alone" LDMOS solid state 1296 amp. It puts out 400 watts and
has integrated antenna relays. Basically plug and play. Input power is ~ 7.5
watts for 350 watts linear, 400 watts CW. Power supply 240VAC or 120VAC for
slightly reduced output. serial number is 210516, May 21 2016. The amp has been
tested but has NEVER BEEN ON THE AIR!!..... BUT THERE IS AN ISSUE.. READ
ON....... As far as we can tell during the shipment from Germany to the US, the
box took a hit and panel meter needle jumped off it's bearings. So the power
meter on the front panel doesn't work properly (it moves a little but does not
indicate properly). I contacted Beko and they have sent a new meter assembly so
we have the parts to fix it. RF-wise the amp works perfectly, and once again
has never been on the air. (Since the meter issue it has been tested and makes
full power as it should).

This is NOT the latest Beko 1296 model (although maybe the only model readily
available in the states). It has been replaced with the Beko HLV523 which has 1
dB more power at about 2dB more cost. The latest price for the HLV350 was
$3200. Here's the Beko website blurb HLV-350 – 350W STANDARD CLASS FOR THE
ADVANCED RADIO AMATEUR - BEKO Elektronik - Hochfrequenztechnologie
(beko-elektronik.de)<https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.beko-elektronik.de%2Findex.php%2Fen%2Fham-radio%2F23-cm%2Fhlv-350&data=04%7C01%7C%7Cc927633554624f6326f908d8bf228ece%7C84df9e7fe9f640afb435aaaaaaaaaaaa%7C1%7C0%7C637469502449557507%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=ryMcWIjTjvD75YXFQb5Nr2FzENH8v7d5Zv0t5uf2%2FmM%3D&reserved=0>

The amp plus replacement meter plus power cords for both 120 and 240VAC now
resides in south Florida,. I'd like $2400 plus ship for the whole package but
will consider reasonable offers.. You can fix it or just run it with an
external power meter. Yeah I know a lot of $$ but a lot of amplifier.. I have
an electronic copy of the manual as well as some guidance from Beko as to how
to access the meter assembly. Should be able to ship early next week. I have
some pics and can answer any questions.. Payment would be via PayPal.
