I have for sale a Yaesu FT847 HF/6m/2m/70cm all mode transceiver in very
good condition. This model does 100 watts on HF and 6 meters, and 50 watts
on 2m and 70cm, so it gives you decent power levels on the 3 main VHF/UHF
bands. It also does full duplex for satellite operations and has a built in
CW keyer, tone encode, speech processor, DSP noise reduction, bandpass
filtering, and notch filtering, and many other features. It is a nice
compact size for taking roving and portable also.
It comes with a photocopy of the manual, the hand mic, and a very short
power cord with powerpole connectors on it. It also has a CAT serial cable
with it. It does CAT communications both ways and the power button works
fine on it also.
It also has the rare VS-1 voice synthesizer installed, but that needs 1
wire reattached to the wire harness.
