Ok, another question.....couldn't find the answer in the help file so here
it is.
Do I set my computer clock to UTC or leave it set to EST or daylight
savings time? Will the program convert the time to UTC as needed by the
contest? For CT I set my PC clock to conform to UTC and after the contest
reboot from DOS 6.22 into Windows 95 and set my clock back to EST. Not sure
how WriteLog handles this...maybe it does this, if not maybe it should.
