If you are in Soundboard FSK mode, then it assumes you are doing RTTY and
using a COM port to transmit. It grays out the PSK modes.
If you change to Soundboard AFSK, then it uses the sound card output to
transmit. And it allows you to use RTTY or PSK modes.
