I am with Don on this one...
The RTTY contests outside the big 3 can already be painfully slow. To further
limit
the rate by imposing a 10 band change rule is crazy. Given the band change rule,
I will probably play in SARTG the weekend before and skip the SCC. (Even if the
SARTG does not have a low power category.)
