[WriteLog] Packet question

For those who may not know, DXTelnet has the option to launch multiple
cluster nodes.
You can open a cluster in every part of the world, and then have it send the
spots from ALL those nodes directly into Writelog's packet window.
And DXTelnet will filter out the duplicates, and do even more intricate
filtering like only passing stuff that says RTTY or FSK etc.
