Jerry,

You can repeat a timed CQ only on one radio -- WL doesn't have an
"alternating CQ" or "dueling CQ" feature like TR-Log.

Just hit ALT-T. That will bring up the Auto-CQ menu. This lets you set the
delay time and whether or not to do Auto Restart. While one radio is CQing,
you can shift the keyboard focus to the other entry window by hitting
SHIFT-UP or SHIFT-DOWN. This lets you dupe check on the second radio. If you
find a station to work on the second radio, just hit the function key that
sends your call (usually F4.) This will stop the CQ on the first radio and
send your call on the second radio. If Auto Restart is on, the CQ will be
restarted on the first radio. This sequence applies to any function key used
for the second radio. To prevent it from also applying to your CQ function
key (F1 in CT emulation mode), just prefix the message in F1 with "%X". It
takes some getting used to, but the feature is quite powerful.
