[WriteLog] 3rd time charm

Well, it took three tries to get the arrl robot to accept my cab submission
for the June VHF qso party. I had to manually edit the cab file to say
"single-op all low" before it would accept it. This is from 10.32e. Also had
problems with it showing rovers as dupes on the same band. Great fun anyway!
