[WriteLog] Mobiles, multipliers or me confused

If I enter the following into PA out-of-state:

W3AA    BUT
W3BB    TIO
W3CC    BUT
W3DD    YOR
W3AA    SUS
W3AA    WYO
W3BB    CEN

I end up with two multipliers number 5, no mult 1 or 2, BUT not marked a =
multiplier at all.  Recalculate score does not change.  I have this =
problem on a much larger scale on TXQP with real data...  I am running =
10.35f.
