[WriteLog] mouse wheel tuning VERY slow through W5XD multi keyer

I have a SO2R setup using 2 ts-940's and writelog 10.22B (need to upgrade,
but right now everything works!) and W5XD multi keyer.  Com 1 has the W5XD
multi keyer attached, that rig 1 is attached to for rig control.  Com 2 has
a direct connection to rig 2.

Mouse wheel tuning is very smooth on radio 2, as soon as you roll the mouse
wheel, the radio responds.  However on radio 1 the tuning is very slow.  You
roll the mouse button say 5 clicks in one direction, and then for each of
the next 5 seconds the radio tunes 10hz.  The ini file is set to 10hz mouse
wheel tuning.  If the ini file is set for say 100hz or 500hz it takes 10 or
50 seconds respectivly to cycle up in 10hz steps until it reaches the goal
of 500hz.

Any thoughts?
