[WriteLog] Win 95 port problem?

Hi
Am having a real problem getting writelog to work
properly with Win 95.  For some reason the serial ports
just don't function.  I have my radio set up for com 1, all
the params are correct and it never sees the radio.  If I
run the exact same setup on Win 98 it works just fine.
Any ideas why it has a problem with Win 95?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
