[WriteLog] Fkey users, a Question

I just used F keys for the first time.
In learning I should have planned it better so similar use keys were grouped
together.

If I go to the .ini file, can I rearrange the Key numbers and have that
reflected in a different order?
Or do I have to just erase what I developed and start over?
