HI Dave, First look at the seq # colum and see if tf the questioned QSOs have a letter after the number. i.e. 108B or 108D for example. A "D" would indicate a dupe and of course no points would be scored. A "B" would indicate an out of band contact and will not score any points. This can be caused by Writelog thinking the mode was CW in a phone contest. In the RST colum it will show a 599 report instead of a 59. This is explained in the Help File under Sequence Number.
