[WriteLog] PTT with XP

Hi all,
I am having some problems getting PTT to work on the CW port rts.  I
have had this working b4 on a win95 machine.  I now am using XP.   The
com port is com1.  CW gets sent ok just the PTT rts dosen't seem to work
properly
