[WriteLog] CQ won't stop, Save Config. issue

I setup for 4.0 Sec. delay in CQ.  Problem is it doesn't stop CQing, even
hitting ESC doesn't stop it.  Just setup a test program in CW and all works
just fine.  I am using MMtty and Ft1000D with com2 driving RTTY input to
radio.

SAVE CONFIG.:  Had to close most windows to get config to save.  Error msg
says "WL in use..." until I do close.

I'm new user so what did I miss?
