I tend to go for simplicity in defining memory contents.
The key to the Sprint exchange is to make sure that your first exchange
(after calling CQ/QRZ) is <his call> <my call> serial_# name QTH. That lets
everyone know that you are not workable on the present frequency due to the
Sprint QSY rule. Your second exchange (when replying to a CQ) is then <his
call> serial_# name QTH name <my call>. This lets everyone know that you
are OK on this frequency after the station that you called acknowledges your
exchange with a TU, R or something.
I have had good luck with the following memory setup:
F2: %C % <my name> <my qth> <my call>
F3: TU
F4: %B%B<my call>
F10: %C <my call> % <my name> <my QTH>
F11: CQ NA <my call> K
The process for making Sprint QSO's then works like this. I always have the
WL option "Enter sends QRZ/Exch" checked.
1) You tune around to find a station either calling CQ or finishing a QSO.
Type his call into the entry window if desired.
2) Hit F4, which sends your call (unless you typed his call into the entry
window and he is a dupe).
3) Copy his exchange into the entry window.
4) Hit F2, which sends your second exchange.
5) He will acknowledge your exchange with TU, R or something.
6) Copy a callsign into the entry window. If no one calls you, keep hitting
Enter (which sends F11, your CQ message) until someone calls you, since it's
now your frequency.
7) When you have a callsign in the entry window, hit Enter. This sends F10,
your first exchange.
8) Copy his exchange into the entry window.
9) Hit Enter. This logs the QSO and sends F3, acknowledging receipt of his
exchange.
10) Move at least 5kHz and repeat as fast as possible.
I'm sure there are more sophisticated ways to handle Sprint, but this setup
has worked well for me.

Any ideas on setting the memories for NCJ Sprint ?
