[WriteLog] QTC RX Window improvements - one year later...

Wayne and Ron,

After last year's WAE CW 
(http://dayton.akorn.net/pipermail/writelog/2003-August/016731.html) I proposed 
some changes in WAE QTC RX Window which are not implemented to date. Will any 
of those suggestions be implemented before this year's contest, or it is the 
time to start practicing QTC RX in other programs?
