Hello, Problem, when two function key messages are appended, the instant the second function key is hit, the xcvr's power shuts off for a fraction of a second and then goes to about 1/2 power. If the second function key is not pressed until the first function key message has been sent and transmitting has stopped, full output remains. If the xcvr is just sending diddles full power is sent out until transmit is manually stopped. Doesn't matter which two function keys are sequenced, the problem is still there. Using AFSK . The ALC is within the acceptable range when the initial function key message is being transmitted. Using WL10.52D, but this problem occurred with10.51 as well. XCVR is IC746. Did change computer but using the same sound card, ISA SB16, and using RITTY as the RTTY engine. This arrangement did work (output power didn't drop off when appended function keys were actuated) with the previous computer. Both computers run 98SE. Any ideas on what to try to get rid of this problem by RR? 73, Mike, K4GMH
