[WriteLog] Packet Spots/Auto Scrol INI file Help Please

I wonder if in Writelog.ini there is any setting for me to set the 
default checkbox to 'Auto Scrol'?? When Auto Scrol is checked all the 
packet spots go to the bottom.  That is the way I like it.  I couldn't 
find anything in the help file.
