[WriteLog] Thanks for the USB tips

Thanks to everyone for all the suggestion on using a
USB port for keying and rig control.  I decided to go
with the microHAM USB Interface II.  First test should
be a single county portable operation in the Maryland 
QSO party on August 12th with a multi county mobile 
effort in the Ohio QSO Party on August 26th.
