After rereading your reply this morning with a clearer head I think I should 
have added something.  The NAQP rules state, "Exchange: Operator name and 
station location (state, province or country) for North American 
stations..."  YOU must provide the state or province in the QTH field, but 
WL automagically provides the country for you from the CALL prefix.  I 
believe this comes from the namedmul.ini file.  If you enter VP5Z as a trial 
call, with the QTH field blank, WL fills in the Country field with 'Turks & 
Caicos Is.'  Enter VP9Z and WL fills the Country field with 'Bermuda'.  In 
both cases the 'country' part of the exchange is recorded in the log and the 
exchange rule requirement is met.  Country is also provided for non-NA DX 
stations, but is not an exchange requirement.
