[WriteLog] ve2lx ini file CW keyer

In WL.ini file should we configure writelog CW Keyer attempt to control rig PTT 
and how?
WL ini line ( cwpttcontrol=0 or 1 )
0 is none
1 is via rig COMM port
purpose of configuring no or 1
why ((( exactly ))) it was created for and when to choose which?
