[WriteLog] Adding a country to writelog

Hello!

I have never succeeded in adding Montenegro to writelog so I have been 
missing some points and multipliers in previous contests. Now with CQWW 
coming up I would like to get a fix to it.
I have searched the help files but have not been able to come up with any 
info usefull. I also have approx the 6800 latest writelog@contesting.com 
e-mails, still nothing.

My version of WL is 10,47E

Please help someone!
