Mike: Thanks for the input. I found my error. I assumed that the web
update would bring in the most recent cty file, but apparently it doesn't.
I went back and got the file from Jim Reisert's link (thanks Jim), loaded
it, ran REACTY32 and lo and behold it worked fine.
