[WriteLog] RU Question

Hmmmm.  I am setting up WL for the Round Up and noticed that DX stations are
supposed to give us a serial number.  Question: where does the received
serial number go in the log?  There does not appear to be a serial number
entry area.  And, are we supposed to give him one, too, or just our state?
