Thanks Hal for your most useful comments and assistance. I implemented
Joe's, W4TV's suggestions and things are working well. I had earlier came
across my handwritten note of the wl.ini revision, but initially ignored it
much to my peril !!.
By the way my Audio Intelligibility Enhancer continues to perform very well,
generally without stray RF problems, although since I shifted things around
on the operating desk I do get some RF troubles when using the amp. I guess
I have disturbed a grounding point and will get on that later. A great piece
of gear and have recently become impressed with the 6db setting of the AEI -
maybe the hearing is still going south !!.
Thanks again Hal and I am most appreciative of yours and Joe's assistance.
Hope to catch up with you both in the upcoming ARRL CW Contest from our
contest station ZM1A.
