[WriteLog] Submitting a CHECK LOG

When submitting a cabrillo log file as a CHECK LOG, on which line of the form 
do you indicate that this is a CHECK LOG, and not a log that you want to submit 
for scoring?
I assume it is on one of the 'Category' lines, but there are a number of them 
that would appear to fit the bill.
