Help with latest CTY file. I am preparing the ARRL DX SSB test this weekend.
I know I must be doing something wrong. I have downloaded the latest
WL_CTY.dat file from the Website. Converted using Convert CTY to Writelog.
Confirmed that it has created the new Master.dta files. When I open
WL_CTY.dat with Notebook, and search for VE, I confirm that it contains the
VER20090303. When I open Writelog, I set the Super Partial Check to
Master.dta and confirm it is using the file I just created. I then type VER
in the call sign and see VER20090202 in the check partial window. I have
also tried using Masterdx.dta, etc. with the same results.
I do get Uzbekistan when I type VERSION or UK
