[WriteLog] F1 and F11 question

My thanks to KE1FO Alfred, N8YYS Roy, W1CSM Bruce, and K6UFO Mork.

I now have a better handle on using the .ini file with notepad, and understand 
the logic behind tying together the F1 and F11 functions.  I appreciate the 
help, guys.
