[WriteLog] Texas QSO Party Cabrillo

Does the current version of Writelog support Cabrillo for the Texas QSO 
Party?

My version of Writelog is quite old and while it supports the TQP the 
Cabrillo selection is grayed out.  Also last year there were a number of 
TQP logs submitted in ADIF format Generated by Wrtielog that I converted 
to Cabrillo for the QSO party sponsor.
