[WriteLog] RU RTTY contest and Cabrillo file

Hi All:

I played in the RTTY contest this weekend and am ready to process my log.

However, I cannot convert my log to Cabrillo because the Cabrillo tap  is
grayed out in the drop-down window.  Any ideas?  I am using WL 10.73D
