[WriteLog] WL FRIEND for SSB - found!

Hi again, all.

Thanks to Ron, N0AT, for the scoop - I tracked down from 2008 
archives a program called Writelog Friend (not to be confused with 
the "friend.ini and the %H message" - works great! EXACTLY what I wanted.
