I understand that it is not a design flaw in USP, but some kind of
configuration problem. That code was written a couple of years ago
and has not been widely used and certainly 64b machines were not
nearly as common then as now. Gerry, W1VE, doesn't have time to
maintain it now so its not being updated.
But one reason work on it has been low priority is that getscores.org
itself has not really garned as much attention as its developers
had hoped, so the developers are spending their time elsewhere.
